    Hello,

    Recently my 2 wireless controllers stopped working properly and developed a sensitivity joystick issue otherwise referred to (on the internet) as a "joystick drift". After a few days of this consistent problem I started using mobile
    remote to watch movies but I had to game as well *obviously* . I got a bit worried and started to search the issues of this problem on YouTube and after searching some tutorials I saw a video which taught me how to fix this without
    opening it (and therefore not cancelling the warranty in case...). The video didn't helpat all so I started getting confused. The reason why is because my problem is unique and
    I haven't seen this specific type of problem anywhere. You see, my sensitivity is really messed up but for some reason whenever I go on Netflix, there is no sensitivity issue, whereas when I am in the Xbox menus or playing a game the sensitivity is
    INSANE. I am generally confused because this problem is never told anywhere that I have seen on the internet. I am utterly confused on what to do and if anyone has tips or this has happened to them as well (Welcome to de club...) then i would
    appreciate the feedback.

    The fact that your console freezes during gaming and turns on again by itself when you try to turn it off makes me think of a hardware failure. Just to be on the safe side try to clear your console cache a few times and if that doesn't helps you can file
    for repairs here:

    support.xbox.com/.../getting-your-product-serviced

    The repairs cost is decided by the apposite team in base of your console's warranty and the damage.
