    Hi sorry no it's going to be dependant on the issues. If a standard controller it may not even be cost effective.

    If the controller is in warranty it is replaced like for like. Out of warranty controllers are not repaired and Microsoft do not even offer service options on the device even if you pay

    Buy new one, never try to repair it unless it is just problem with usb connector.

    It depends on the region that you are in, and whether or not your controller is within it's 90 day warranty.

    If you would like to know in your area, I would probably

    Well what kind of controller is this is it the original Xbox one controller or 3.5mm controller? If it is the original Xbox one controller it might be the controller malfunctioning with your Xbox because they are outdated.

    Hey David,

    First thing that comes to mind would be Using co pilot along side the adaptive controller. Co- pilot allows 2 different controllers to control player one,

    I wish you could use a Xbox 360 controller on the Xbox one controller. I like my
    Xbox 360 controller more then my Xbox one controller. i don't think anyone(Microsoft of controller
    manufacturers) will do Backward compatible controllers.
