好，我的xbox one手柄本来连在电脑上可以用。但在我尝试用蓝牙连接后就开始不亮了，用不了。但是用有线可以识别电脑，但是灯还是不亮。请问是什么问题？

not working，the controller just cant be lit, seems not to beworking, but my computer can still identify it.

do you have a xbox console?? try connecting the controller to console and take it through an update.

I use a genuine Xbox Wireless Controller.

I use genuine xbox 2 generation controller receiver.

I use genuine Windows system.

But I still can't connect the controller with the wireless adapter.:-(
