    Xbox controller wrongly replaced


    never as a customer have I been so insulted. My controler was sent inside the original box totally protected,with one issue in a botton, instead of fixing my black/golden controller and sending it back, Mirosoft send me a pice of trash, a used dirty blue controller just trown into a simple box with plastic, the package was not even delivered to my home, I needed to go to UPS to catch it. This is not what I deserve as a loyal client, and i demand that I be given a product with the same quality that I paid for in my original controller instead of the piece of junk that Mirosoft sent me.

    Ok, uninstalled & reinstalled successfully. Unfortunately, doing so did not resolve my original issue of the right thumbstick (I know I wrongly called it a joystick) becoming unresponsive. I guess my next step (going in order of lowest cost) would be to
