    Xbox controller won’t work


    One day whenever when I attempted to turn on my Wireless Xbox controller it won’t turn on however when I did try to turn it on it just vibrated,can someone help plz.

    I haven’t got another Xbox controller but I’ve tried on PlayStation controller and my IPad and the headphones work fine. They just won’t work with Xbox controller.

    The controller I brought 3 days ago.

    My old Xbox controller worked via a usb cable but this new one won’t.
