    Hello

    I have a bit of an odd problem: my Xbox controller buttons won't work when signed into Xbox Live.

    I thought my controller had broken so purchased a new one but tonight discovered that when I play and am signed into Xbox Live, the Xbox wont register any of the buttons I press. It is only specific to one game though (Injustice) whenever I play any other
    game it's fine but in order to play this game I have to sign out of Xbox Live and that includes just to play single player offline.

    Is it the game or my controller or my Xbox? I just cannot figure it out at all.

    Please help.

    Can't sign in on Xbox One to play 360 games

    When I try to play Black Ops 2 on Xbox One, it won't let me sign into the account on 360 and says you must be signed into Xbox live to play online but I am signed into Xbox live so I don't know what to do

    If you're playing offline, then no. They won't update when you log into your console again. If you're signed into Live, then yes they will. Achievements are saved on the Xbox servers as long as you're signed into Live.

    Hello LamentedPrince!

    Sorry to hear about the controller trouble. It definitely sounds to be a game specific issue if this isn't happening with anything else, it is a very weird issue though. If you visit Settings > Storage > Injustice, can you delete the game's title update
    and then clear your Xbox 360 console's
    cache?

    After you try those steps start the game back up to see if there's any change. If you're not seeing any change can you try a wired Play & Charge connection to see if that helps?

    I have found that if Kinect signs me in, my headset sometimes won't work. If I go to the dashboard and select my character to sign in and select 'Choose this person', my headset begins working right away. It seems like when signing in with Kinect, the
    xbox one doesn't always know which controller you are using.

    It doesn't happen very often, but when it does, this method always seems to work.

    The only reason it shouldn't work is if Two-factor authentication is enabled on the account that won't sign in or the account you're trying to sign in to is banned from xbox live.

    If it won't work through that website, you can use the recovery tool in order to sign into on the Xbox by signing out of all accounts, pressing the guide button on your controller, and choosing Recover Gamertag.
