Xbox Controller Won't Connect

So, essentially, I cannot connect my controller to my Xbox One whatsoever. Here's the rundown:
-I desynced it so I could use it with my computer.

-Disconnected it from the computer, and turned off the PC's bluetooth just in case.

-It won't connect to the Xbox, can still connect to a computer.

I initially tried the wireless connection, didn't work, so I figured, maybe the USB is what I need to do. When I plug the controller into the USB, it buzzes as if to say its connected, but the light keeps flashing as if its lost its connection. I've tried two different USBs.

I have completely reset my Xbox, let it unplugged from all power sources for minutes to try to hard reset it, and I simply cannot tell you why it isn't connecting.

I don't know if its some issue with my Xbox or what, but my controller can't be broken. It connects to computers just fine?

I'm trying to avoid having to buy another just because I don't *want* to have to spend all that money to replace my Xbox and buy a new console. I can't, either. If anyone knows any possible last ditch efforts, let me know.

I have 0 controllers connected to my Xbox because I can't connect any. It isn't just my one controller that won't connect, none of my 4 controllers will.

It didn't work, but connecting the controller to the xbox with a cable does. If I don't use a cable then the xbox won't maintain a connection with the controller. Hopefully an update will fix this issue.

I also forgot to add that it won't connect to any other devices. My kinect won't turn on, my controller can't connect to the Xbox and I can't connect via Smart glass

It's highly unlikely that an update to the Insider Program would cause this issue, let's have you try the steps on this guide

I've tried it too, it has to be a problem with the xbox system, not the controller. I cant get anyone on the phone to help me.
