    I've been trying to enter my details into the warranty entry for a controller that needs replacing, whenever I go to enter my home address the site crashes and gives me this error code 8LlZB4DCbEu9S5wt.8.141.

    Standard warranty for Xbox accessories is 90 days, or 3 months. Unfortunately, it seems like you are outside of warranty. you can however, check your controllers serial number here : Controller

    If you are out of warranty, we can only recommend replacing the controller.
