    Xbox Controller Warranty


    Having to pay for shipping on a $200 Elite controller when it wont connect and is under 90 days is not acceptable. Xbox should be the one paying for shipping. Having to pay $30 to ship it back to them is not acceptable. Pick up your socks microsoft. You
    should be rembursing people for the cost of shipping.

    Standard warranty for Xbox accessories is 90 days, or 3 months. Unfortunately, it seems like you are outside of warranty. you can however, check your controllers serial number here : Controller

    If you are out of warranty, we can only recommend replacing the controller.
