Is this normal behaviour for an xbox controller? I bought this controller 1 day ago and thinking about returning. When applied small amount of force its not returning to origin by about 3000-5000 units. Is this normal? Should I return?

Here is the video of it.

    Play and charge kit question.

It does take a small amount of force to pull the USB lead from the controller.

Its in the accessory app on Xbox. You can adjust settings there. If on a PC you need to install the Xbox accessories app in Windows 10. Good luck!

Is it normal for the thumbsticks/triggers on an Xbox 360 controller to register as fully engaged when not pressed fully?

    Hello Kyriate,

We understand that you're experiencing an issue concerning the sensitivity of the thumbsticks on your Xbox 360 controller.

Because the pressing of the thumbsticks would have no other function besides what the developers provide, and you'll also recognize that pressing the thumbstick harder does not show a change, the thumbsticks are created to display full use when pressing
down no matter the amount of pressure.

Now if the controller itself seems to prove too sensitive, considering it was purchased from Amazon, it would be best to attempt returning the product and exchange it for a different one. But for that you would need to get in
    contact with Amazon.

    Best wishes!
