    Xbox controller service


    Hi

    I logged a service request for my controller on the 30th of December 2021. On my profile it shows as if the device was sent through UPS. I have received no email notification since then. When I track it on UPS is shows that there is no shipment.

    I have been waiting for more than a month and yet no feedback or a way to track where the shipment is. The number for the collection centre in Cape Town South Africa does not work.

    Can someone please help/advise how to follow up on this.
