    Does anyone have any idea how to contact xbox customer service without talking to that stupid chat bot that keeps linking you to irrelevant forms to fill in?

    I created a service/replacement request for my controller 2 weeks ago, the support team approved the replacement and emailed me directly to confirm my details.

    I have since tried emailing them 3 times (using the same email address which they used to communicate with me initially) to query the replacement and check some details and all my attempts have been ignored.

    I need to speak to them asap so that the replacement order doesn't get cancelled.

    All Xbox Controllers have a 90 Days Warranty with Xbox, but if you warranty already expire, you still can send the controller with Xbox Support but you will have to pay. Verifiy with Xbox Support service.

    Sorry to hear that you were having issues with the sticks of your controller. I understand you are experiencing an issue with your Xbox Wireless Elite Controller Series 2. If update of the controller and of the device's system (Xbox Console or PC Operating System) did not help your issue - Update your Xbox Wireless Controller | Xbox Support.

    Please request for your controller to be serviced - Getting your Xbox device serviced | Xbox Support or if you still have warranty, you may request for a replacement - Request an Xbox controller replacement | Xbox Support.
