    Xbox controller service order


    Good day

    I requested a service order for my controller.

    Seabourne Express came to pick up my controller 6 days ago. 2 days ago it arrived at the service centre. But when I checked the tracking it showed that it has been delivered to me already. But obiously it has not. Today I check the tracking on microsoft devices. There is no option anywhere for the tracking of my device anymore. How do I check the progress of my service order now????? I feel like I will never get my controller back.

    When I try to put a service order in and click on the shipping address it takes me to a page that is broken. It has been like this for the last two weeks and every time I try to get the replacement the same thing happens. The controller is still in warranty and I have the correct serial number. This means I cannot place the shipping order and get the replacement that I need.
