    Xbox Controller Returned. Still Broken


    A couple of weeks ago my Day One controller stopped working after attempting to update it., It wouldn't turn on even after switching batteries or plugging in the play and charge cable. Once I looked I saw that the input point for the cable had become loose
    and it would no longer charge or power on.

    I went to the Xbox Service site and found my controller still in warranty, so I began the process of sending it in to be fixed or replaced. My Day One controller was returned to me today. It turns on now but the cable input is still loose and will not charge
    the controller, also, if it even gets tapped slightly the controller will attempt to reconnect making it unresponsive to button inputs.

    I don't know if I should I start a new order for replacement or what, any help or advice on this would be appreciated.

    Yet another problem

    First it was the controller with loose plastic pieces (returned.) Then, the headset wouldnt fit in the controller (controller returned thru xbox warranty.) Now, the kinect completely dies. After a month, it will not turn on, no sensor light, bricked. This
    is getting ridiculous. I feel like getting xb one peripherals that arnt broken is like winning the lottery. Not impressed at all.

    Xbox One Controller is a relly bad quality product!

    I bought my Xbox One Dec 16th 2016.

    After 3 days, the controller broke. It was the left joystick.

    I got a new one, and it lastet 6 days before it broke!!!

    I returned it again, and this controller lasted for almost 2 weeks(!!!) then it broke. Left joystick again!!

    I returned it again this morning, and since I have off from work today, I started to play FIFA 17. This controller lasted 45 minutes!!!

    Thats my 4th controller in less than a month!!!!

    What a crappy, cheap product Microsoft has made!!!

    The controller for my Xbox360 lasted 3 years before I had to replace it.

    Very disappointing,, Microsoft!!!

    I would recommend contacting phone support and explain the situation to them to see what they suggest on this issue.

    Call xbox support line I dont know the number for your country so google it. The controllers are a really big issue with the new xbox one I have exchanged mine three times now and still have a broken one lol so good luck but if you return your controller
    you will receive a day one controller in return.
