    Xbox controller return


    Just returning my Xbox elite control to be replaced as the triggers started going.

    However this time its wanting to be sent to Germany instead of the UK, because of this its got a shipping Invoice.

    The instructions say

    "Attach the shipping Invoice to your package"

    does this mean I can just fold it up and attach it, or does it have to be fully visible so they can read it?

    returning an Xbox controller

    Just send the basic controller, don`t include any of the accessories. Definitely don`t send the battery back with it, or even the battery cover as I`ve known people get a controller back from repair with the battery cover missing.

    That has surprised me, I thought all consumer electrical goods in the UK has minimum 1 year warranty as standard?

    Am I incorrect?

    Side question to so this .

    In the past the repairs have always gone to the UK center, but this time it's going to Germany.

    Seems a little waste of money shipping it to Germany then shipping it back.

    Any reason for this?
