    Xbox Controller Return


    I've logged a return for my Xbox controller that is faulty and I've chosen the option for it to be collected at my office. However, when I log into my Microsoft account to view the repair order, it says on the right "Send us your order", but on the left it says "Courier Pick-Up" with the address underneath. Will this be collected from me? Must I arrange my own courier at my own cost, and if so, where must it be sent to?

    Just send the basic controller, don`t include any of the accessories. Definitely don`t send the battery back with it, or even the battery cover as I`ve known people get a controller back from repair with the battery cover missing.

    That has surprised me, I thought all consumer electrical goods in the UK has minimum 1 year warranty as standard?

    Am I incorrect?

    Side question to so this .

    In the past the repairs have always gone to the UK center, but this time it's going to Germany.

    Seems a little waste of money shipping it to Germany then shipping it back.

    Any reason for this?
