    Hello,

    I need to return an Xbox Elite controller to Microsoft for repair due to a fault with the stick. Should I send back only the pad or send everything back including the case, accessories and the box?

    Just send the basic controller, don`t include any of the accessories. Definitely don`t send the battery back with it, or even the battery cover as I`ve known people get a controller back from repair with the battery cover missing.

    That has surprised me, I thought all consumer electrical goods in the UK has minimum 1 year warranty as standard?

    Am I incorrect?

    Side question to so this .

    In the past the repairs have always gone to the UK center, but this time it's going to Germany.

    Seems a little waste of money shipping it to Germany then shipping it back.

    Any reason for this?

    You only need to send back the controller. So make sure you keep all the accessories that come with it, including the case & the box.
