Xbox controller replacement under warranty

Hi

My xbox is under warranty and my controllers have stopped functioning. I have requested 2 online repair orders for 2 controllers.





Screenshot of one of the repair order is the above. No replacement device has been sent to be till now. How much more time will I need to wait for the microsoft team to work on it? Till what time should I expect for the replacement
controller to be delivered?

The warranty on controllers, at least here in the U.S. is 90 days. You stated, "So, my controller has packed up 4 months after buying it...", so it would appear they were being nice just making you pay a one way shipping charge.

Standard procedure for most companies...you pay to send it in, they pay to send it back.

I am unable to find any relevant information regarding support contact information. I can just see this

 

Depending on the service center you sent your controller too it can take some time. I know when I last got an Elite controller replaced I had to send my controller to Koln in Germany. They dispatched it via standard german postal service so it took around
14 days to rach me back in the UK

It was a standard controller.

 

You may have to try changing the category or topic for support until it gives you the option to chat with them or request a call back.

From the date that the controller is sent, it may take 2 to 3 weeks in total as per the processing of the order and then the replacement being shipped off. For further investigation/tracking, our
