    XBOX Controller Replacement Request Page Not Working


    Hello,

    I've been trying to request a replacement XBOX controller for the past couple weeks, but the page breaks after I enter the serial number on every browser and device I've tried. The error message

    login.microsoftonline.com refused to connect

    is displayed on screen does anybody have a fix?

    Thank you for reaching Microsoft Xbox Forum support. If you wish to request the replacement yourself I would advise you to change the browser or the device you are using and try again; However, you can get your controller exchanged through our online customer
    support as well. You will find below the link to our online support, all you need to do is access it, click on the green button that says "contact us" and take it from there.
