XBOX Controller Replacement Page Broken

It says there’s nobody to chat with on my subject of “Broken Controller”. I can het to the “Request replacement controller” page, only to be told my serial number isn’t recognised.

you could check if there is still warranty for that controller, please see the steps on this support page on how to set up a repair for a controller:

When setting up a replacement/repair request it will also show if the device is still within warranty or not.Duration of warranty might be different per region.

If it is broken and out of warranty throw it away and purchase another one.

I literally just got the controller. I cant afford that crap, whyd they send out a broken controller to replace a broken controller?

If the controller is broken:

-Take it back to the retail store for a replacement (if under warranty)

-Have it replaced/repaired through Xbox -
