    Xbox Controller Replacement not working


    Hello, i’ve been experiencing problems with my xbox series s controller the left thumb stick doesn’t detect any upward movement and it won’t register on any app or game.

    I’ve tried to order a replacement from the microsoft website since i still have warranty and i get to the part to enter my address and i’m greeted with the error :

    Sorry, something went wrong.

    We're not sure what happened but refreshing the page may help, or try again in a little while.

    This has been going on for a few days and i have no idea how to get past this, i’ve tired many different devices and browsers and nothing works.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    the device support website     through multiple devices, we suggest
    reaching out to Xbox support     for assistance with setting up a repair order. You can choose to request a call back or live chat with an agent. You may need to adjust your selections in order to get these options to appear. Be sure to let us know the results

    they are still looking into this issue, and I wanted to reply to thread and ask if you can try again and let me know if you are able to process your service request? I am looking to try and get an update and see what might be affecting this and the ETA.
