Xbox Controller Replacement not working

    Xbox Controller Replacement not working


    I have for two months now been trying to conduct an Xbox controller replacement as my Xbox Elite Series 2 left thumbstick button does not click anymore and the left bumper is starting to become unresponsive.

    I have tried updating and i just get the "no new updates" message.

    I have tried accessing the tool on mobile (Android), Desktop and through laptop all with current updates and still get the message "unable to complete, due to an error, try again later"

    My warranty runs out in December and I also want to use it with the new Series X, so want to get it sorted quickly.

    Any ideas on how to get this replaced?

    the device support website     through multiple devices, we suggest
    reaching out to Xbox support     for assistance with setting up a repair order. You can choose to request a call back or live chat with an agent. You may need to adjust your selections in order to get these options to appear. Be sure to let us know the results

    they are still looking into this issue, and I wanted to reply to thread and ask if you can try again and let me know if you are able to process your service request? I am looking to try and get an update and see what might be affecting this and the ETA.
