Discus and support Xbox controller RB button in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I just recenty got a new xbox controller because my sister bought me one due to my other one baving way too much drift stick.     I just recenty got a new xbox controller because my sister bought me one due to my other one baving way too much drift stick. I get the new controller and i take it out of the box and i already feel that the back of the right side of the controller was
    not properly locked into place, i put this issue aside because it was a small issue, I then went and played for a few weeks 3 maximum and the RB button just stopped working. Before this I had stopped playing for 3 days and then i came back and boom, RB buttons
    is messed up, its gotten only worse since then.

    RB button breaks seem to be common on controllers. My elite controller RB buttons stopped working as well. I was able to use my warranty on it. I recommend you send it to get it fixed, possibly getting in contact with xbox support and explaining the
    problem. You might also want to talk with the retailer you bought it from and see their policies for broken items. That may be impossible since it has been 3 weeks since you took it out. I hope this cleared some things up for you. I'm happy to help if you

    Try pushing the RB (right bumper) on your controller..

    RB should function as black button

    LB should function as white button

    Xbox ONE controllers are poorly manufactured :(

    I'm not a fan of the Xbox one controllers. I hate the new style LB and RB buttons! : (
