XBOX CONTROLLER PROBLEM

ive had so many problems with the analog sticks on the xbox 360 and xbox one controller , I'm now at the point were I made a video about the problem because I feel like whoever is in quality assurance is not doing there job by letting this issue continue
, I just droped 150$ on the elite controller and the fact that this controller has the issue is unacceptable , I want this issue resolved , I will post another video with another user who also has the same issue as me but his controller sticks actually make
the noise that I'm having . and I have even bought and exchanged at least 7 of these controllers either at another store or at a Microsoft store and they all have the same problem .

Xbox Controller problem?

Hello,

I have been having problems with talking with some of my friends with my skullcandy headphones(with the wire that has the mic with it) And it's been not letting me speak with them but only to hear them through the headphones. I have tried updating The controller
but it just Says:"Please make sure Usb cable is firmly plugged in". Please help it's been happening for 2 weeks now and there's nothing wrong with my headphones.

Xbox controller problem

This sounds like a stupid question but are you pressing the sync button on the controller at the same time as pressing the sync button on the console?

Maybe plug the charge kit into it without a battery pack and plug it into your console and see if it connects via usb.

 

That is definitely odd that you are having issues with so many of the controllers as I know of many many users that are using them without these issues. The only thing that I can tell you is to keep exchanging them until you get one that performs correctly.


I really don't know if anyone in these forums can offer any helpful advice. Maybe someone will drop in with a more positive response.

that's why I exchanged so many at the Microsoft store but ill probably have to go through 10 of there elite controller boxes just to get the one that works perfect , idk whats going on with the analog stick modules Microsoft is using , id love for them to
exchange my current elite controller for another new one that actually works correctly , cause its not fair to me that I invest on there product and I don't get the quality product that they advertise .

 

I don't know about it being fair or unfair as it is not directed at you specifically. It is just very unfortunate that you continue to have the issues. Hang in there and just keep going until you get a working controller. Good Luck!
