    all of my xbox one controller (using on pc over Bluetooth wirelessly) do NOT work again, they randomly and really frequently lose signal and just trn off. And also the xbox accesories app is really bad and i can't update the firmware at all on pc.

    As this is a new controller have you considered this could be an issue with the controller and not a PC/software issue are you able to try using and alternate Xbox 360 controller on this PC to see if you experience the same problems?

    Hello Hugo,

    Sorry for the issue you are having with the controller. As the Afterglow is not an official Microsoft controller there may be issues when trying to use it on a PC. You can try and connect it via a cable go into device manager look for the controller and
    update drivers that way. You can try this troubleshooter,
    Xbox one controller to PC    .
