    Xbox Controller Not Under Warranty??


    So I received a custom controller less than a year ago and have only been playing with it for about 8 months. The left analog stick not only has drift but input when moving it up only registers about 25% of the time. So when I'm trying to move forward
    or do upward actions it isn't registering. I want to look into getting a replacement but it doesn't say online that my controller is still under warranty when the booklet that came with it says warranty lasts for 1 year. Even the purchase date doesn't have
    a year in it left let alone the usage/first activation date. Help

    In such cases, you may want to request a replacement for your controller if it is still under warranty!

    Apart from that, you can take it a local repair shop nearby, but that would void the warranty if it is still under it!

    Warranty is 90 days, so it looks like it's not under warranty.

    You can confirm this for yourself by going here and following the steps for replacing your controller. It should let you know if it's under warranty or not.
