    Xbox controller not responding


    My Xbox series X controller is turned on but won’t respond to any buttons. The Xbox button isn’t working and it only turns on the console. Can this be a hardware issue or something else. Also direct usb c connections don’t work either

    check that the space does not cause interference, in the accessory app you can verify that the control has the latest updates that may be the cause of the problems

    Okay, if you could hold the power button down for 10 seconds on the console and wait for it to turn off, once turned off turn it back on and see if that has worked
