xbox controller not connected in my PC using adapter

can't connect my Xbox one wireless controller in my PC I've installed the Xbox accessorise and it connected and updating in the middle of the update it closed suddenly it happened twice and then it never shows that it is connected and it does not work in
any game. Also, I tried to update using USB the controller is shown in the device manager but not working in games.

Xbox One Stereo adapter with Windows 10?

So I'm trying to set up sound playing through my wireless xbox one controller. Its connected to my PC using the wireless receiver. How do I get sound to play from my PC to my controller through the stereo adapter? I googled it and the supporting documents
seem very basic.

If this makes more sense.

Windows 10/PC Sounds -> Wireless Adapater -> Wireless Xbox One Controller -> Stereo adapter -> Headphones.

Wireless Adapter keeps powering off

When i turn my xbox on everything works fine, but when i use netflix or try to play online my wireless adapter powers off.

I've tried using a different usb ports but the same thing happens.

I even plugged it in to my pc and it stays powered up with no interruptions . I also tested the usb ports by charging my controllers my controller and no problems.

I guess my point is why is my wireless adapter powering off when connected to my xbox but not when its connected to my pc?

Ok, I fixed it. It turns out that the problem was from my PC not the controller. I connected from my laptop then update the driver, after that I singed in from my PC using my laptop account, downloaded Xbox accessorise and it worked!

Yes the Xbox Adaptive Controller is compatible with Windows 10 computers and also with Windows 8.1 & Windows 7 Pc's but will have limited functionality. Click on the following link for different ways to

Once you have connected the controller then you can go ahead and
Customize the Xbox Adaptive Controller in the Xbox Accessories app and remap the buttons on the controller. The two circular pads on the controller are simply buttons, they do not have any tech that will allow you to use swiping features to type or to be
used as the cursor for the PC.

When Gaming on a PC using the Adaptive controller you should still see the on-screen keyboard to type messages, You would then use the d-pad or joysticks to type just as you would with a standard Xbox One Controller.

The adaptive controller should respond to a toe's touch as the buttons on it are pretty sensitive. In order to get more functionality you can attach different devices using the 3.5mm ports on the back of the controller so that you can then Map these to specific
