    Xbox controller keeps disconnecting


    Hi,

    My xbox controller keep disconnecting and then reconnecting again - presenting me with a slow flashing light on the controller.

    • I've power cycled it
    • I've checked the firmware is up to date
    • I've checked the battery power for both battery packs - it's full
    • I've tried directly plugging into the console via USB
    I do not have another controller to try to see if this is an isolated issue.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
