Xbox controller keeps disconnecting for no reason its brand new and i think its something...

Press and hold the console power button until the console turns off, remove the HDMI cable and power cord for a few minutes. After a few minutes connect the cables, turn on the console with the controller and see if that solves the problem.

If the problem persists reset the console to factory defaults, you won't lose anything but you will need to log in with your account again. Email and password are required.

Follow this path and select reset keeping games and app.
In 5 to 10 minutes you will finish reconfiguring your console

To reset the console>
Settings> System> Console Info> Reset Console

***Do not reset your console without having your account email and password.***

I think the Xbox one controller sticks are junk. They are a loose as 5 year old 360 controller and its brand new. It's the reason I sold my Xbox one and got my 360 back.

Its a Razor Kraken, but i think ive found the problem. I must keep the controller extremley close to the xbox for my controller not to disconnect, if i move it away, it will disconnect. Very strange, but at least i know whats happening.

Thanks, CristofKaiser, indeed with a brand new controller it keeps disconnecting, so it's not the controller. [Update:] now the controllers work on my PC, but still no news on the Xbox One.

I'll keep you posted if I find a solution.
