Xbox Controller keep's blinking on PC

Discus and support Xbox Controller keep's blinking on PC in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; my controller always works but now when i got a new windows updated on my pc, i tried connecting it, it shows the "Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows"...     Xbox Controller keep's blinking on PC


    my controller always works but now when i got a new windows updated on my pc, i tried connecting it, it shows the "Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows" in the settings, but as I go in a game, hold the xbox button, it starts slowly flashing, i tried holding
    the pair button and it flashed faster but don't know whats going on!! tried everything and nothing works im losing my mind! Xbox Controller keep's blinking on PC :(

    Xbox one controller not connecting to Xbox Wireless Adapter for win10

    Summary: I fixed it by plugging USB cable into a controller and pc, win 10 recognized it, system restart was required and after that controller was working wirelessly also.

    Longer description: I installed fresh windows 10, downloaded and installed all win updates, then I tried all these steps and at the end controller started working.

    1) plugged wireless adapter into USB windows 10 recognized it but Xbox one controller won't connect (keep on blinking)

    2) plugged wireless adapter into another USB port but Xbox one controller won't connect (keep on blinking)

    3) plugged wireless adapter into another USB port started task manager removed Xbox one adapter, windows found it again but still noting (gamepad keep on blinking)

    4) plugged wireless adapter into another USB port (front) started task manager removed Xbox one adapter and Xbox drivers, windows found it again installed it but still noting (gamepad keep on blinking)

    5) FINALLY, I fixed it by plugging USB cable into a controller and pc, win 10 recognized it, system restart was required and after that controller was working wirelessly also.

    I haven't triedv the other option because with just the cable and BL off on my pc the controller keeps blinking. So i believe is broken...

    Good thought, but this doesn't address the controller not appearing under 'Bluetooth & devices'.

    One more detail, when I connect the controller wirelessly to the pc via the Xbox Wireless Adapter. Press the sync button, light blinks rapidly. On PC click 'add xbox controller via wireless adapter. The controller light immediately goes solid, but the PC never indicates it found a device, it just keeps searching indefinitely.

    Ok, so does that mean I have to "re-pair" the controller with an Xbox first and that's why it isn't blinking on its own? That would mean the controller is working perfectly fine and it's normal that it doesn't blink when pressing the Xbox button after using
    it on a pc?
