Xbox controller joysticks keeps turning more than needed

My problems keep happening with the joysticks the controllers that come with console last longer than the controllers u buy separately wonder why

So I've done further research regarding aiming speed problems and there seems to be a problem called "Slow Turn" which is the opposite of my problem. Basically, my controllers shell is too wide on the area where the joysticks hang out aat and that is causing
my controller to out put more than 100% speed. I'm calling it "Fast turn". The slow turn issur os due to the shell being too tight around the joystick which limits movemeny.

So ill be investing in another controller and seeing if it will be fixed. Of not, I'm stumped.

Hi, I think i’m not the only person who has this problem, but when I let my controller down for a while in a game, it turns off, wich is pretty annoying. If anyone knows how to change this setting or talk to microsoft (not the virtual assistent) : /

hi, there doesn't seem to be a way to keep the controller on other than using a hairband or rubber band to keep one of the joysticks forward.
