Xbox controller issues on multiple devices. Frustrating

I have purchased 3 xbox controllers in the last 6 months and all are having some sort of issue! the headphone jack stopped working on 2 of them, and the right joystick is constantly pressing down with all games. This is VERY frustrating and seems like
there is no support or point of contact from microsoft. Anyone having these same issues?? It seems like microsoft does NOT put any effort or pride in their equipment or customers. Feel like they would have me throw more money into defective equipment instead
of support their customers!!! I take care of my stuff and try to make it last... but to break down in under 6 months! Wow microsoft! I feel valued!

I'm sorry to hear about these issues that have been experienced with your controllers. I know it can be frustrating having to experience three controllers with problems.

I recommend contacting Xbox customer support and a live agent should help you go over warranty details and exchange options.

You're welcome and indeed, it's weird that it's happening with multiple controllers. Is there a way for you to use a different device such as PC, Laptop, mobile device or Xbox to check if the same issue will occur using the same controllers?

You're correct that it's weird that the same issue is happening with multiple controllers using multiple devices, but if the issue persists, that will be the best option, getting it replaced.

Not to worry! In Settings you can enter an AV receiver. I have entered my Marantz and it works perfectly. You can then also tell it in power on/off to turn off everything or just select devices.
