xbox controller is not being detected by cloud gaming on chromebook

To start with, can you please tell me the following information:



- What model of Xbox controller are you using? Is it a wired or wireless controller?

- How are you connecting the controller to your Chromebook? Are you using a USB cable, a Bluetooth connection, or an Xbox wireless adapter?

- Have you tried using a different controller, cable, or connection method to see if the problem persists?

- Have you updated the firmware of your controller to the latest version?

- Have you checked the settings of your Chrome browser to make sure that it allows access to gamepads? (you can refer to device support for the settings)

Here are things that we can check:

- Make sure your controller is fully charged and updated to the latest firmware version.

- Restart your Chromebook and reconnect your controller via Bluetooth or USB cable.

- Clear your browser cache and cookies, and make sure you are using the latest version of Chrome.

I have tried to reset cache and cookies and it hasn't worked, the controller is a wired PDP brand controller and I am connecting it via usb. Third party gamepad tester websites will read my inputs but the official xbox cloud gamign website won't.

Yes you can play cloud gaming on a chromebook bc i have a chromebook and I use it for cloud gaming.

But you will need to buy the cloud gaming monthly plan to play cloud gaming
