    I just completed a repair order for an in warranty xbox controller. The website says I need to return the non-working controller before a new one will be shipped. Problem is, they don't give an address to return it to!! Where am I supposed to send it?

    You should receive a prepaid label so you can drop it off for shipping. If not, you'll want to contact support so they can resend the label.
