    Xbox Controller help


    I need help. I have two wireless controllers(One with batteries and the other with the rechargeable battery) they turn on but they will not connect to my xbox one. This just started to happen after I left for about 30 minutes with my xbox on and the controller
    disconnected. So I turned it back on and it went to the home screen and then it didn't do anything after that. So i turned off the xbox and tried again and it didnt work. Then i tried turning on the xbox with the controller and the controller turned on but
    not the xbox. I would appreciate suggestions on how to fix this. Also I would like to know if they aren't syncing properly, something is wrong with the Xbox or if the controllers just aren't working.

    Also the only way to turn off the controllers is if I remove the batteries from the one controller and the rechargeable battery from the other.
