Xbox Controller Has Connection Issues

I've done a lot of testing on this already and I'm at the point of legitimate frustration. I have an Xbox One and every once in a while, my audio will sputter. I know for a fact that it isn't my headset because I've interchanged three pairs, one being brand
new, and this has happened with every single pair.

Along with the audio sputtering, my controller will just randomly disconnect, whether it's powered by battery, battery pack, or direct connection with USB cable. When my controller disconnects, the power button on the controller will blink until it reconnects.
I know for a fact that it isn't the contoller because I've tested three different controllers on my Xbox, one being brand new, and it has happened to every single controller.

I paid money for this Xbox One and for Gold every year and its frustrating when I sit down for a fun game session and I can't even accomplish that because of these connectivity issues. A correct answer would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you.

Edit: I've hard reset my Xbox and that hasnt fixed the problem. I'm also hard wired to my router.

I got the same problem and recently my controller started disconnecting constantly making games unplayable. Unfortunately it is impossible to get in touch with their Service department, no phone is shown, no chat is shown, nothing. I can't report the problem.

PS: I am trying to get in touch with Xbox's spanish customer service.

How long has this issue been happening with your controllers? Are they actual xbox controllers or xbox compatible controllers? As someone has already mentioned try connecting them with a USB cable and attempt a manual update.

hit the controller connect button located on the xbox, then on the controller. it will be a little button that looks like it has little radio waves inscribed next to it. lights will flash in a circle on the console untill the xbox connects the controller,
then the lights on the controller will all flash two or three times, then only one light on the controller and one light on the xbox will be lit up and tadaa! It works. NOW, if you have any issues please post them in here. there may be another cause of this
issue. I hope this helps!

P.S, power supply has nothing to do with this issue

Do you have another controller that you can test with?

I would also check if you have a USB cable to connect to the Xbox and see if the connection remains solid there. That can help identify if it's an issue with the controller itself or if it's a wireless connection issue.

Have you added anything to the home that has a wireless connection, moved your Xbox, or even a new microwave or something, that might interfere with the controllers signal?

I understand, in this case please try when possible use another controller (you can ask a friend's Xbox one wireless controller momentarily when possible for this purpose)

If it doesn't connect to the adapter, now you know is an issue with the adapter

If it connects, this means the controller itself has an internal issue
