Xbox controller glitching out on pc

I Have just gotten this problem where any of my xbox controllers when pluged into my pc act like both joy sticks are pushed up to the left and I know this isn't stick drift I went out and bought another controller to test it and happens with all of them and its not the cord I switch those out as well on windows 10. It Just randomly started happen last night. No issues on my xbox.

Yes I reinstalled via the windows settings ad I tried it on another computer and it works fine.

I can not find where the Plug and Play Software Device Enumerator driver is located.

Via windows settings?

Also, are you able to test the controller with another device? (I mean, another PC)

Seems Nothing is working I even did a fresh reinstall of windows
