Xbox controller glitching out along with music

Hello I am using A Xbox One Series X/S Controller and my controller keeps glitching out I would call it. My headset glitches out when playing music but plays game sound fine. While my headset is glitching out my controller is also doing the same it’s a little hard to explain but my controller acts like it is running out of battery and my controller is acting very weird like i’ll use my right analog stick to move my camera and it will move to the left and right but not instantly I would call it delay but it so hard to explain. This is a new controller I just got and haven’t dropped or anything but this happens to my friend too. Originally I thought maybe I needed to update my controller, which I did so after I did I thought it would fix the problem but it didn’t. Also I released it happens more and certain games then others like Rocket League for example and Rainbow Six Siege maybe it is because the amount of inputs in the game I don’t know. I also have rechargeable batteries so I don't think it would relate to anything about my batteries being weak/dying. Please if you could let me know how to fix this I would appreciate it because it makes me lose games and makes them unplayable sometimes. It seems there is always a problem with these controllers for some reason.
