    xbox controller "freezing" on Win 10


    While using the xbox one controller on win 10 (either BT or usb), occasionally and randomly the remote freezes or becomes unresponsive. I have found no pattern to this. It will freeze for about 1 full second and then work normally. Sometimes it will
    do this several times a minute, and sometimes you get several minutes of no freezing. I have tried every fix I have found on multiple google searches, and nothing helps.

    Any ideas?

    Xbox app freezes on Win 10

    Try this and see:

    In the windows search bar type Powershell > Right click and select open as administrator > Type the command:

    "get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-Appxpackage –allusers"

    Wait for the process to finish and then restart the PC, then open your Xbox app, it will ask you to install the gaming services again, install it and try again.

    Yes, I've close the app and opened it multiple times and tried re installing and it keeps doing the same
