Xbox Controller Firmware 5.24.4.0

Hi there

According to the xbox and plugging them into my pc the firmware is all up to date.

the slim controller has firmware 3.1.1221.0

and the older xbox controller has firmware 2.3.2385.0

If your controller is having Bluetooth-related issues after a firmware update, you can choose to revert your controller to an earlier firmware version to correct the problem.

On your Xbox console, press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then go to Profile & system > Xbox Support > Get help > Help topics > Hardware & networking > Controllers > My Xbox controller has connection issues after the last update. Select Check your controller’s firmware to open the controller firmware reversion screen in the Xbox Accessories app, and then follow the instructions in the app.

I'll try that however, how it will recognize the controller since is not synced? all of this happened when I was updating the controller firmware not the xbox one firmware.
