    Hey All

    I purchased a new Xbox 0ne s in Nov 2018 (week before black Friday ) Forza bundle had problems with controller connecting right out of the box.. contacted support .. got it working ... a few days later same issue.. On Black friday purchased additional controller
    ... this thing is rock solid.. Xmas come new games etc ... buy the grand kids a new game the controller wont stay connected again....

    long story short ... got repair order etc ...

    No return label provided???

    go to chat and ask they it is up to me to pay for shipping a defective product $17.07 cad to ship it ! After you spend $300.00... This is just wrong ...

    Why ?

    not enough profit in a controller or you know the products are poor so make the end user pay for your mistakes ...

    I made a mistake purchasing your product

    I wish a had of purchased the PS4

    Big corporation ... big profits ... crappy customer care

    I would like a refund of the $17.07 shipping cost and a change in policy

    as a consumer it is just wrong ....

    not building brand loyalty

    just profits

    end user gets screwed

    im dont get anything from microsoft except them reaching in my pocket and taking my cash ...

    here is a recent example of a good company that wants your business and loyalty .. purchased a product 3 years ago a small part broke ... called them 2 weeks ago to purchase a replacement part .. told the guy on the phone the part #, he looked it up said
    had in stock .. asked what is your address.. gave it to him ... I asked how much ? he said NO CHARGE ! I'll ship it out today .... great service ... smaller company ... they are located in the US shipping to Canada for free.

    How come microsoft cant do the same ???

    that is my point , stand behind what you sell , if i have to pay is it really under warranty ?

    yes i did it numerous times keeps disconnecting

    says its up to date

    its in mail regardless

    the additional one i purchased solid as a rock

    I just want shipping covered

    glad that everything came out okay in the end. No worries about the venting as sometimes you just need a release valve.

    I can't speak for all companies Gary, only speaking in regards to warranties and ship/return policies on gaming consoles.

    Gary I empathize with your frustration and the out of pocket expense, but you'd get the same policies on other platforms. Sorry for your hassles.
