    Hello, I connect my x series controller to the pc via bluetooth but when I start a game, the game recognizes me as if I had two controllers connected when I only have one controller connected.

    Does anyone know what to do?

    Its called the black screen of death u need to factory reset ur xbox to fix this error i seen peoples xbox one s have the error but if they hold there xbox controller x in the middle it would show turn off xbox or controller it might be not this the rarety
    of this happening is unknowed

    I have a similiar issue with my youngeat sons Xbox. The controller was paired as he was playing it,but in mid game play error shows control not paired,connect controller. The controller tries to connect,but the button on the Xbox doesn't seem to work.
    Any suggestions?
