    Xbox Controller Elite Series 2 PC Bluetooth Issues


    Hi,

    I just bought a new controller to play on Windows 10. However, after connecting it, updating firmware, and getting all Windows updates it is making my games freeze and stutter, while the controller also keeps losing connection and disconnecting. I'm sure the issue is with bluetooth since the issue doesn't happen when I disconnect my bluetooth headphones. I have also tried another Elite Series 2 controller I have at my household that works fine with another PC, and it's the same issue. However, I have also tried 2 regular Xbox one controllers on my PC and there were no issues. I connect them all via bluetooth that's built-in inside my motherboard (MSI X570 TOMAHAWK WIFI) I'm confused about what to do since the issue happens only with Elite controllers only on one computer. I also tried updating BIOS, chipset drivers, and all of the other motherboard drivers. Maybe someone else has run into the same issue and came up with a solution?

    the elite controller series 2 has Bluetooth compatibility and is therefore compatible with windows 10 too. the first release of the elite controller was before xbox was integrated into windows 10, therefore there was no need at the time for Bluetooth.

    The elite series one controller never had Bluetooth so you would've received exactly what you ordered if you need Bluetooth you need a new edition standard controller or an elite series 2
