    Hey everyone. My controller just decided not to work anymore. The buttons won't respond or anything. It wont sync. I use a usb cable and it connects but no button responds. What can I do to fix this?

    I'm sorry, but the only option left would be testing it on another console. If it works, the problem is in your Xbox and you can ask it to be serviced. If it doesn't work on other console too, then your controller is not working anymore.

    Their is no mute button, either the two headsets don't work or the port where the mic plugs into on the controller doesn't work anymore, you can either try the headsets with another controller or buy a new headset.
