Xbox Controller Disconnects, Signs Out of Xbox Live

Hi Everyone,

I've had this issue for the last 2 weeks and have tried EVERYTHING to solve it. I have the Launch Xbox One, if that's important to know.

Every so often, on a daily basis, my controller will blink and disconnect from my Xbox. At the same time, it will sign me out of Xbox live. I will usually see my game (both online AND offline) freeze, and tell me that I either have to sign into an Xbox Live
account with Gold subscription (I just activated a year about three weeks ago) or that I am unable to connect to the server. After a few moments, the blinking will stop on the controller, and it will work like normal until it happens again. It's gotten so
bad that I can't even bother to play Xbox Live, since I can bet on being disconnected in the middle of a match.

I'm thinking of asking for a Gold refund until this problem is fixed, since I'm wasting that purchased time while this issue persists.

I've done everything I could think of to resolve the issue.

I've power cycled my console, I've checked for console updates, I've factory reset my console, I've factory reset and deleted all my previous settings, I restarted my WiFi router, I changed my NAT type to OPEN, I used a different DNS, I updated my controller
firmware, I've plugged in my wireless controller to the Xbox via a microUSB cable, I've turned off all third-party headsets and anything that could interfere with the signal, I play within 5 feet of my Xbox console with NOTHING in between the controller and
the console itself. The controller itself is only a couple months old, but the issue persists even with a third-party WIRED controller I purchased two weeks ago at Target. I'm in the middle of Offline System Updating my console. Still nothing.

I'm not the only person this has happened two. Several people on Reddit and it appears several community members here have had similar issues. I spoke with Xbox support, who suggested the OSU, but nothing has helped.

My console worked PERFECTLY up until two weeks ago. I have seen no other issues whatsoever. My internet speed is 111 Mbps download and 69 Mbps upload. I don't know how my controller could disconnect and also disconnect me from Xbox Live at the same time.
The controller and my account are unpaired (at least I think they are).

Please, someone help! If you've experienced this issue, I would love to know what the problem was. If you're an Xbox Ambassador/Employee, can you please pass the word on that many are experiencing this issue? Xbox Support Twitter has said nothing on the
issue. Thank you for your help!
