    Hello, I really need everyone's help, my Xbox one controller has been disconnecting from my Xbox for some time now, but that's not the only thing. When my controller disconnect I get booted offline as well. I've tried Xbox support three times now, everytime
    waiting hours. I have not been able to fully enjoy my console. I factory reseted my Xbox which worked temporarily and now is back to the very same thing with the price of losing all my downloaded games which I have to re-download. Please if anyone has a solution
    to this problem I beg of you, HELP!

    Xbox One randomly disconnects from wireless network and controller

    Hey everyone, please help

    Whenever I'm doing something that requires an online connection such as playing a multiplayer game or being in a party chat, my xbox one will sometimes disconnect from my wireless network for a few seconds as well as my controller. This is very frustrating
    because when it disconnects it boots me offline. If anyone can help, please do! Thank you.

    Have you tried updating your controller?

    Plug your controller into the Xbox One, go to settings and there is an option to update the controller.

    Have you tried updating your controller?

    Plug your controller into the Xbox One, go to settings and there is an option to update the controller.

    Sorry but you aren't allowed to call out other tags on the forums. You'll need to use the dashboard reporting tools to report them.

    As for what happened to you. It's called a DDoS (Direct Denial of Service) attack and is illegal in most countries. You can let your local authorities know as well as contact your isp provider. They'll issue you a new IP address so you can get back online.

    XSX Controllers Intermittently Disconnecting / Reconnecting / Unresponsive

    For me the solution was to turn the connection to the wireless off and play offline. I guess there are some interference on the wifi that makes the controller disconnect all the time. I hope Xbox future software fixes this.
