    Xbox controller disconnecting


    My controller is having difficulty connecting and, when it does connect, disconnects without apparent reason every few minutes. We've changed the batteries, switched to a different controller, and restarted the console. We have been using the same battery
    pack though.

    The light on the console flashes when we try to connect, but it generally stops without connecting. When it does connect, it doesn't usually last longer than five minutes or so.

    Does anyone know what the problem could be?

    Problem with controller

    Both of my controllers are also disconnecting randomly

    FIFA is the main game affected suffered 10 disconnects in one half!

    I do have my xbox in the next room so not sure what the range of the controllers are

    Connecting the controller with a USB cable doesn't work,

    Controller still disconnects even with a USB cable connected,

    I have the same issue with Series X using mouse and keyboard for Call of Duty Vanguard.

    I played during the beta and there was no problems with the controller disconnecting but as soon as the game released, the controller disconnects,

    I've tried a Xbox One controller Series X controller, with batteries and a USB cable, and the controllers still disconnects.
