    Xbox controller dies every 5 minutes


    Hey guys i bought an xbox one refurbished the console works fine but the controller i put new batteries and after 5 minutes says batterys are low , i bought the charge pack and after 5 minutes it also says batterys are low. I put the usb cable on and after
    5 minutes it dies. I have trying putting a little bit out the +,- thing in the back of the controller becuase i read if they’re way in batteries get loose. Even tho i did that its still not working. Whsts happening?

    Hi Edgar.

    Attempt to sync your controller to another console and see if the issue continues.

    I had a simular issue last year and i discovered it was a fault with my Xbox One after my controller synced with three different Xbox One's perfectly. I resolved this issue by removing the battery pack and keeping a play and charge kit connected from my
    Xbox One to my controller.

    I have had this same problem once before and it was just a faulty controller. If you have bought the controller in less then 90 days you can return it.

    It sounds like either the controller is faulty or the battery pack is. Perhaps a new controller replacement could fix this:)
