    Just wanted to know, why is the X-Box controller different? I noticed that my X-Box One S has a normal D-Pad, a Mini USB port, and the lack of a share button. The new controllers have a odd D-Pad, a USB-C port, and a share button.

    That is a beautiful controller and I completely understand wanting it. It would be cool if Xbox Design lab was allowed to recreate limited edition controller designs by special requests.

    I take it you are trying to use the Xbox Design Lab? Try to contact support and say you're having trouble with the controller design lab. Or see if there is a support page/email/number on the controller design lab website.
